Purchased Sounds Refund Policy
 

Refunds are only available for Purchased Sounds that explicitly mention it on their product page. A customer has the right to ask for a refund if the following conditions are met:

1.  Refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

2. The Purchased Sounds have not been used commercially by the customer.

3. Discount coupons and gift cards that come with Purchased Sounds have not been used to purchase another product.
